February 

AACSB Deans Conference 2020 (2 – 4 February / Nashville, USA) 

Serving as change agents, business schools are pioneering extraordinary ways for delivering education, creating solutions for ever-evolving industries, and improving society, from local communities to the world at large. Business schools are being called to address the needs of the students they educate and the various stakeholders they serve; deans must have the foresight to envision and prepare for the ever-transitioning educational and workforce needs to be the driving force behind these initiatives. 

HESPA 2020 Annual Conference (6 – 7 February / Birmingham, United Kingdom) 

The Higher Education Strategic Planners Association (HESPA) is the representative body for those working in strategy and planning in UK higher education. HESPA supports strategic planners at all stages in their career to network, discuss, improve and influence. The HESPA Annual Conference 2020 will be held at Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre, part of the University of Birmingham, from 6th – 7th February 2020. 

EFMD Conference for Deans and Directors General 2020 (13 – 14 february / Milan, Italy) 

Each year, more than 350 deans and directors general from around the world meet at this two-day event to exchange about the future of business education, share best practices and get an update on new trends. The business school leaders from around the world discuss pursuing opportunities and meeting expectations in different regions of the world, as well as managing an ever-growing array of stakeholders. Attendees seek to place themselves in the evolving relationship between higher education, companies and governments. Ultimately, leaders debate how business education can address the challenges of society. 

EURIE 2020 (19 – 21 February / Instanbul, Turkey) 

EURIE is the new meeting point for international higher education, connecting other parts of the world with the great potential of the Eurasian region. The annual summit features an exhibition and a conference to expand the knowledge, networks and collaboration opportunities for the participants. 

Universities Australia Higher Education Conference (26 – 27 February / Canberra, Australia) 

The annual Universities Australia Conference is the signature event on the Australian higher education sector calendar.  The conference is proudly delivered by the sector for the sector. Participants include Vice-Chancellors, Chancellors, senior university representatives, Government representatives, industry representatives, members of the research community, international education specialists and media. 

The 2020 theme is Education Changes Lives.

UPCEA 2020 Annual Conference (18 – 20 March / Boston, USA) 

The UPCEA Annual Conference is the most significant assembly of thought leaders and practitioners today in the field of professional, continuing, and online education. The Annual Conference convenes deans and other senior university leaders, key staff, and teams responsible for the management, administration, and growth of professional, continuing, and online education programs. Attendees have access to targeted sessions spanning the top areas of practice, led by higher education experts and colleagues. 

APAIE 2020 (22 – 26 March / Vancouver, Canada) 

The APAIE Conference and Exhibition brings together thousands of professionals who are passionate about international education from across the globe to the Asia-Pacific region to network, improve professional skills and learn about new developments in international education. The Conference debuted in 2006 with 400 delegates and now attracts over 2,500 delegates. The growing attendance each year at the Conference reflects the burgeoning interest in the region and recognition of the Asia Pacific’s important role in international education. 

ASU-GSV Summit 2020 (30 March – 1 April / San Diego, USA)

NAGAP Annual Conference 2020 (22 – 25 April / Orlando, USA)
