At Studyportals, we highly value the brand image of your organisation. Therefore, we would like to collect high-quality logos so that they can look great when used in different contexts on our website. 

Provide graphical logos, preferably without text (e.g., university or department name, slogan). On our pages, logos will always be featured with the organisation names next to them to maximize brand recognition and SEO.

We support square and rectangular logo dimensions. For the best visibility of your brand, please send us a square logo or the closest version you have to a 1:1 proportion. Dimensions: minimum of 512x512 pixels

Media gallery specifications

The media gallery should portray the best your organisation has to offer, giving an idea of what it would be like to study there. We suggest photos and videos that show the campus, the facilities, the lectures and the student life in general.

Cover photo specifications

The image used as a cover should be a high-resolution file that reflects the atmosphere of the institution.

Quantity: 1

Preferred format: JPEG

Dimensions: landscape, minimum 3:1 aspect ratio, minimum 3072 x 1024 pixels

Focal point: centre of the image

File size: no limit

Quantity: We recommend a minimum of 5 media files (videos and photos) to give sufficient visual support to your media gallery. There is a maximum of 10 images and 3 videos in the gallery.

Preferred format: JPEG

Dimensions: no restrictions. We recommend sending the largest images possible for optimal resolution.

File size: no limit.

Videos: In order to publish your videos on our platform, please provide us with the relevant links (preferably a YouTube or a Vimeo URL).

Dimensions: Minimum of 512x512 pixels

Format: PNG. We strongly recommend delivering a version with a transparent background.

File size: No limit

Guidelines for cover images

The most effective cover images show the atmosphere of the institution via the campus, the facilities or impressions of the student life in general. Please provide a unique image without text or graphical elements on it.

(Optional) It is also possible to upload unique cover pictures for each programme.
