As a Partnership Success Manager, Ernesto is primarily responsible for the implementation, development and evaluation of the enrollment-based partnerships. He’s focused on collaborating directly with University clients in the North America region.

Ernesto has recently concluded an MBA program in Data Analytics from the Saint Louis University in Missouri. He has professional experience working as a consultant and a customer success manager in digital settings. He is also very passionate about education and innovation, so he will continuously evaluate and implement new elements to improve his clients’ experiences.

Key challenge

While working on a project like Studyportals, it is crucial to have a deep sense of empathy to be able to understand what both Universities and students feel on a global landscape. Things like new regulations or changes in the economic environment can deeply influence the industry so it is crucial to align with the customer’s needs and interests.
