Job summary/responsibilities

Financial administration; Preparing payments based on invoices from suppliers; Supporting on expenses reimbursements for colleagues; Creating, sending and following up invoices in the CRM systems; Doing handovers of projects from sales team by checking contracts.

General introduction/background

My graduated in MSc. in International Business in Denmark and worked as business system analyst in Zebra Technologies before joining Studyportals. She originally comes from Vietnam but has lived in four different countries.

Key challenge

For her the key challenge is to enjoy her work life while being able to take good care of her family.
