Job summary/responsibilities

In the absence of the Director Victoria manages the day-to-day operations and team management of the ACT team. Her focus also lies with developing and nurturing relationships with HE Consulting Partners worldwide and strengthening those relationships. Collaboration is key to her success.

General introduction/background

Victoria brings more than 8 years’ experience working in High Education, she started as an Enrolment Manager and then a Senior Enrollment Manager recruiting international students before moving into Higher Education Academic Publishing working with McGraw Hill and Macmillan Learning.
Prior to moving into Higher Education, she ran her own successful Direct Sales and Marketing Company, starting the business in Northern Ireland 3 years later she expanded the business to the Netherlands where she is now based.

Key challenge

While she specializes in people and sales management the next challenge will be becoming data Savey and she is very excited in expanding her knowledge and her understanding of Big Data analyses.

Favourite activities

In her spare time Victoria enjoys playing Netball in Amsterdam and is currently the President of Amsterdam Netball Club and on Sunday mornings she volunteers at a local animal shelter working with rescue cats.

Personal goal

To study a Veterinary Science degree for fun.
