Lyndell Jacka

Lyndell is the ACT team representative for the APAC region. As an integrated part of the BU-APAC team, she provides guidance and training on ACT product portfolio to retain and grow the region.

Lyndell is an experienced market insights professional with over 10 years in international education. She has led, shaped and developed research and insights at organisations such as IDP Education, Edified and Austrade. Lyndell is passionate about interpreting market data and intelligence for evidence-based decisions and helping the APAC education sector unlock its value. She enjoys attending and presenting at industry conferences, and connecting with peers. Lyndell is also actively involved with Australia’s IE industry association (IEAA) as a member of IEAA’s Research Committee, and currently chairs its Data Group subcommittee.

Her key challenge is increasing awareness and usage of Studyportals’ data products in a sophisticated and competitive market.

She enjoys living in sunny Brisbane, Lyndell enjoys the beach, hiking, cooking and eating – especially with spice, among other things.
