Simon Mercado

Professor Simon Mercado is a specialist in management and higher education leadership at ESCP Business School, based at the London Campus. He teaches strategy, leadership, and cultural intelligence, and his work focuses on organisational culture, internationalisation, and HE transformation.

Simon has held senior leadership roles at ESCP, including Executive Vice-President and Dean of the London Campus. He is an active contributor to the global business school community, serving on boards and committees for EFMD, AACSB, and QS, and supporting national bodies such as the UK’s Chartered Association of Business Schools.
