Carmen Gavrila

Job summary/ responsibilities:

Carmen is the new team leader of the Commercial Data Team. She manages the commercial requests, assigning the tasks to the team members in an effective manner in order to get everything done with high quality and efficiency. She wants to ensure that all her team members find joy in their work and are motivated by the company’s goal, that way helping not only the company to reach the success that it deserves, but also the team members to gain valuable work experience and develop in their careers.

General introduction/background:

Carmen joined Studyportals in July of 2022 as a Data Processing Specialist and then she has been promoted to Senior Data Processing Specialist in September of 2023. As of January of 2024, she is the new Commercial Data Team Leader. As far as her education is concerned, she studied Tourism and Leisure Management for a year in Krems, Austria, degree that she found through Studyportals. Unfortunately, due to circumstances caused by the pandemic, she interrupted those studies and is now a graduate of the bachelor’s degree in Applied Modern Languages from University of Bucharest, studying English and Spanish. 

Key challenge:

Carmen’s key challenge is to be the best version of herself both in her professional and personal life. 

Favourite activities:

Carmen’s favourite activities are painting, writing, translating and planning.
