
Prof. Sarah Todd
Vice President, Global, Griffith UniversityIn addition to having previously led Griffith’s internationalisation activities, Professor Todd has served on numerous boards related to international education. These include the Asia Pacific Association of International Education (APAIE), where she is also the immediate past president; Deputy Chair of Study Gold Coast; the International Education Association of Australia (IEAA); the International Committees of both Universities Australia and the Innovative Research Universities group (both of which she formerly chaired); MSM’s Global Advisory Board; and the College of Business & Economics Advisory Board at UAE University. Professor Todd is also a Senior Fellow of the IEAA.
She is currently a member of the Global Education Advisory Group, serves on the IAS Adjudication Board at ICEF, and is a Judging Panel member for the PIEoneer Awards 2025.
Before moving to Australia in 2013, Sarah was Professor of Marketing at the University of Otago, as well as formerly being Academic Dean of the Otago School of Business and the University’s inaugural Pro Vice Chancellor (International.) Her academic research expertise is in the general area of consumer behaviour, particularly lifestyles and values research, children as consumers, and sustainable consumption.
