Thami Ghorfi
Dean of ESCA Ecole de Management & Co-chair of the MENA Network GroupProfessor Thami Ghorfi is Dean of ESCA Ecole de Management in Casablanca, Morocco, one of Africa’s leading business schools. He is an expert in entrepreneurship and change management in the MENA region and actively contributes to national policy through Morocco’s Economic, Social, and Environmental Council and the Higher Council for Education.
Internationally, Thami serves on the AACSB Board of Directors, co-chairs the MENA Network Group, and contributes to key initiatives with EFMD, GBSN, AABS, and WAIFC. He is also a published author and editor in the fields of entrepreneurship, family business, and management education.
His recognitions include the French Order of Academic Palms, the Africa Economy Builders Prize, and a Doctor Honoris Causa from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
