Armand Duijn

Armand is part of the Big Data Team and is doing research on forecasting student enrollments.

Armand is studying Computer Science & Engineering at the TU/e and is doing his graduation project at Studyportals. In addition to following university courses, he fed his passion for computers and programming by building websites for friends and family. His specific interest in data science came at a later stage when he discovered its power at an earlier internship.

His key challenge is extracting and interpreting data from Studyportals’ vast data sets.

He aspires to one day run a marathon.

Armand enjoys cycling, running and occasionally visiting the beautiful Ardennes. Another pastime is watching movies, with notable favourites The Grand Budapest Hotel and Whiplash.
