Miruna Cotfas

Miruna is responsible for the marketing and communications within Uni-Life. Her overarching tasks are to foster an engaging and safe community for student users through newsletters and app management, build toward the satisfaction of partner universities and create eye-catching designs.

Born in Romania, she moved to the Netherlands for her studies. After a memorable three year-long journey in Maastricht, she decided to continue with her Master’s degree at Leiden University. As an international student, she joined Uni-Life to get more insights into what her campus had to offer, and what started as curiosity turned into a career opportunity.

Her biggest challenge is making the most out of every moment and enjoying new things that she doesn’t excel at – at least yet.

Despite her scientific academic background, her biggest passions will always be literature, cinematography and photography.

What she loves most about Studyportals is the care given to the details: from the thoughtfully decorated office environment to the focus on what employees need and want.
