Nicole Sassarini

As a Partnership Success Manager for the EMEA region, Nicole is responsible for managing partnerships with key clients, overseeing projects and ensuring they remain aligned with each partner’s goals. Combining project management, strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making, she works closely with clients to turn insights into actions and identify new opportunities for success.

Originally from Germany, Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and International Organisations, followed by a Master’s in International Public Management and Public Policy. Having previously worked as a policy analyst in a SaaS environment, Nicole’s professional background also includes two years in account management, alongside experience in marketing and sales within a tech start-up.

Nicole’s key challenge is navigating the impact of an ever-changing geopolitical landscape on her clients and using this understanding to help institutions achieve their strategic goals.

On a personal note, Nicole enjoys spending her time reading, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
