Client Experience ManagerPamela is passionate about shaping the experiences of Higher Education Institutions, in their quest to successfully recruit international students. She is responsible for client satisfaction and growth, by improving our services and delivery to our clients in the education sector. Pamela is the internal ‘voice of the customer’, listens to our clients and explores improvement opportunities in the client journey.
Pamela has a background in International Business and Marketing. She joined Studyportals in 2018 and has worked as an Account Advisor in the EMEA region before joining the University Marketing Team, in her role of Client Experience Manager. Her philosophy is to make every day count.
Her goal on this job position is to share her passion for the study abroad experience and connect each student and university with the best-match opportunities. Pamela likes to work in a dynamic, creative and cooperative environment, something that the great team in Studyportals offers her every day.
