Paulina Blaszczyk

At Studyportals, Paulina works at the intersection of strategy, sustainability, innovation, and operations. As Executive Programme Manager, she supports strategic planning and the coordination of key company-wide initiatives, while owning Studyportals’ Sustainability Strategy and fostering the adoption of AI across company operations. She works closely with our CEO Edwin and Management Team to turn strategic priorities into action and strengthen collaboration across the organisation.

Paulina comes from Toruń, Poland, and has built an international academic and professional journey across six countries, having lived, studied, and worked in Poland, the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Turkey, and the Netherlands. She holds a degree in Management and has further specialised in Sustainability and ESG.

Passionate about creating meaningful and sustainable impact, Paulina is particularly interested in how organisations can use innovation and responsible business practices to create long-term value for people and the planet.
